1. Who we are

ikto (“we”, “us”) provides AI-assisted short-form video clipping tools at iknowthisone.online. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, birth year (for age gating), password hash (never plain text), provider IDs (Whop/Dodo).
• Usage data — pages viewed, clip/editor jobs, campaign sync events, approximate IP for security.
• Media — videos and projects you upload or generate; hosted media may be deleted after retention windows.
• Payment data — processed by Whop and/or Dodo Payments; we store subscription/customer IDs, not full card numbers.
• Cookies — session, CSRF, and optional analytics/preferences — see our Cookies Policy.

3. Why we process data

• Provide and secure the service (contract / legitimate interest).
• Age restriction and account integrity (legal obligation / contract).
• Billing and access control via payment providers.
• Improve product quality and prevent abuse.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors needed to run the product (hosting, payment, email, AI inference providers). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Temporary media may be purged automatically. You can export or delete your account anytime from Settings → Your data, or email najdat.moulki1@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data — use in-app export/delete under Settings, or contact najdat.moulki1@gmail.com.

7. Children

ikto is not for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
