Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ikto you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. You must provide an accurate name and birth year at signup. Accounts that fail age verification may be suspended.

3. The service

ikto helps creators clip and edit short-form video, discover campaigns, and analyze linked accounts. Features may change. Free accounts may be view-only; paid plans unlock creation for the active billing period.

4. Acceptable use

• Only process content you have rights to use (your streams, licensed footage, or public content allowed by platform rules).
• Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing material.
• Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape private data, or attack the service.
• Respect third-party platform terms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Whop Content Rewards, etc.).

5. Accounts & security

Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Subscriptions and credits are billed via Whop and/or Dodo. Refunds follow the payment provider’s policies. Cancel anytime from Billing / the provider portal; access lasts through the paid period.

7. AI features

AI outputs may be imperfect. You remain responsible for reviewing clips before publishing.

8. Intellectual property

You keep rights to your uploads. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service. ikto branding and software remain ours.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, ranking results, campaign payouts, or third-party platform availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ikto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost media beyond fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
